Code of Conduct
A working atelier, not a hierarchy
Every participant is treated as an author. Critique is directed at the work, never at the person. Mentors hold authority on set and in the studio; artistic disagreement is welcome, obstruction is not.
Zero tolerance
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or retaliation of any kind results in immediate removal from the residency without refund. This applies equally to participants, mentors, staff, and local collaborators.
Safety on set
Action, stunt, and location modules operate under the direction of the supervising Assistant Director. Safety briefings are mandatory. Improvised physical action outside choreography is prohibited.
Respect for the town
Troina is a living historic center, not a set. Residents, businesses, and heritage structures are treated with care. Filming permissions are coordinated exclusively through authorized local channels.
Reporting
Concerns may be raised confidentially with the programme director at any hour. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and never disclosed to the subject of a report without consent.
