I. Financial Obligations & Deadlines
Admissions to Art House Troina are strictly capped. Upon accepting an invitation to join a cohort, a non-refundable €400 deposit is required to secure the seat. The remaining tuition balance must be cleared in full no later than 90 days prior to the residency start date. Failure to clear the ledger by this deadline will result in immediate forfeiture of the seat to the waitlist.
II. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Art House Troina operates on a zero-refund policy. Because our cohorts are intentionally kept small to guarantee uncompromised 1-on-1 mentorship and high-end production resources, withdrawing from the program leaves an unfillable vacancy. All deposits and tuition payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
III. Deferment & Cancellation Credit
If a fellow experiences an emergency and must cancel their attendance, and they have successfully cleared more than 50% of their total tuition balance, their payment will be converted into an institutional credit. While no cash refunds will be issued, this credit remains valid for 24 months and may be applied toward any future Art House Troina residency or colloquium. Cancellations made with less than 50% of the tuition paid forfeit all funds.
